(Washington D.C.) The
United States calls upon China to use their regional power to appease the
situation between Pakistan and India. The United States mobilized the fifth
fleet in response to rising tensions and violence between the two nations and
continues to strongly condemn the unacceptable troop mobilization. The US will
continue to work with its allies to ensure lasting peace throughout the region.
