If representatives of a committee wishes to communicate with another committee, they must fill out the meeting form (ask your committee director for the form) and come to an agreement with the other committee. Once the two committees come to an agreement, a committee director will send the form to the simulations team which will assign a prompt meeting time. 1 representative per committee maximum.
