The Cabinet of Ministers of India has confirmed that one of the men responsible for the hotel bombings has been captured. This captured terrorist has confirmed that the group responsible for the recent bombings in India, Delhi, and the Indian Foreign Ministry is the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba. The Cabinet has also identified those dead in the Indian Ministry building, and these include the Special Representatives of India and the People’s Republic of China, and would like to express its great condolences to the family and friends of the Special Representative, Dai Bing-guo, for their great loss. The severe consequences of the actions of the Lashkar-e-Taiba are greatly condemned by the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Cabinet intends to severely punish those responsible.

Once again the people of India are extremely saddened by the loss of life resulting from the unwarranted acts of terrorism in Mumbai and New Delhi and we extended our condolences to those injured and killed in the New Delhi bus attacks. The Indian Government greatly condemns the state sponsored nature of the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist group and vows to bring those responsible to justice.

In response to these actions, the Army Medical Core and National Security Guard are being mobilized for an initial response to control panic and aid in Mumbai and New Delhi.
